LORRAINE MEILLEUR,

Meilleur, Lorraine – January 20th, 1949 – October 21, 2017:  One chapter finished, a rest well deserved after a lengthy battle with cancer and diabetes.  It is with sadness we announce the passing of Lorraine Meilleur at the age of 68.  Lorraine was a good parishioner at the Assomption Parish.  Lorraine was predeceased by her parents Aurel and Alma Meilleur, brothers Marcel and Henri.  She leaves behind Thérèse (late Ben) Roy, Claire (late Roger) Roy, Jean-Paul (Jacqueline), Raymond (Beverly), Normand (Lisette), Cécile (Felicient) Boudreault, Denise (Claude) Daigle, Suzanne (Albert) Malouin and Marguerite as well as many nieces, nephews and extended families.  She will always be the guardian of her brothers and sisters.  Our sincerest thanks for all the great care that was provided to Lorraine by the VON, the Home Support givers, palliative caregivers and all the staff at Kirkland & District Hospital, friends and family that helped her along her journey.  Lorraine may you rest in peace in God’s arms.  We will miss you.VISITATION:
