Tarsy and family, I just learned of Joes passing and of Jacks as well through an e-mail I received from Bill Alkins. I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to yourself Tarsy and to the Devereaux family in this time of sadness and sorrow. I cant help but to reflect very fondly on the good times at work at the ONR both at the office in North Bay and on our numerous trips north always doing a pit stop in Kirkland Lake and Larder Lake along the way. Joe was an accomplished Railway Technologist, a great mentor and good friend… The good old days!
