In loving memory of Mrs. Jean Francis Bowes who passed away at Temiskaming District Hospital, on Thursday, February 06, 2014 at the age of 85. She is survived by her loving Husband of 64 years,Gordon, her 3 children Brenda Wierzbicki (Joe), Diane Valade, Allan Bowes (Sharon). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren JC Wierzbicki (Ashley), Jon Wierzbicki, Dale Valade, Maria Bowes, Allison Bowes & Jenna Bowes. Jean was a life-long resident of Englehart. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends in Englehart and at the family cottage on Wendigo Lake. She worked until her retirement at the family owned business, H.L. Bowes & Son. The family of the late Mrs. Jean Bowes will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Monday, February 10 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel United Church on Tuesday, February 11, at 11:00 am. Rev. Ross Bruleigh officiating. In memory, contributions to the Biker`s Reunion or the Englehart Arena Elevator Fund will be greatly appreciated. Condolences and memorial candles may be left at www.mcdonaldfuneralhome.ca.
