SCOTT, Howard

Howard Scott passed away on Tuesday April 8th, 2014 with family by his side. Always a fighter, he held onto the end to ensure he shared final special moments with his family before moving on to join his wife Elsie Margaret Scott. Howard had a zest for life and lived each day to its fullest. First and foremost came his family, his three children, Sharon (Don McLean) New Liskeard, Dr. Donald (Beth) North Bay, Terry (Linda) North Bay. He was a prominent figure in his grandchildren and great grandchildren's lives and will be greatly missed by Thomas, Jennalee, Bradley, Brittany, Bourton, Elly, Jordon, Jody, John and Jayven. Howard was a dedicated employee for the Ontario Northland Railway for 45 years. A spring graveside service will be held in New Liskeard to honour Howard's life. Thank you to the caring and considerate Nurses and Doctors (Dr. Logan) who were with Howard during his time at the Temiskaming Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TDSS, 90 Niven Street, New Liskeard, Ontario P0J 1P0 for a Health Care Bursary.
