Dear Maureen and Phyllis, I am so sorry to learn of Hilton’s passing. He and I were good friends as 9 and 10 year old boys when we lived on Main St. in Kirkland Lake, some seventy-odd years ago. Please accept my deepest sympathies, and best wishes for the future.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your brother and uncle. Growing up in Kirkland Lake, I spent a fair bit of time visiting your parents and Hilton with my parents, Lloyd and Glenna Dugmore. Hilton was always pleasant and kind with the quirky sense of humour that you mentioned. Sheila Dugmore
