Passed away at Extendicare of Kirkland Lake, on Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Harold is predeceased by his parents Frank and Anna (née Quast); his sisters Alma, Hilda, Annie, Cora, in infancy and his brother Wilfred. His dear sisters Marion (Walter Duncan) of Kirkland Lake, and Idella (late Gordon Zoschke) of Pembroke as well as numerous nieces and nephews survive him. The family wish to express their gratitude to the staff at Extendicare for all the care and support given to Harold during his stay. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Saturday, July 4, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Kuhl officiating. Harold will be laid to rest at the Zion Cemetery, Wabiwawa at a later date.Offer Condolence for the family of Harold Kruger

My deepest sympathies are sent out to the Kruger family. I have fond memories of moose hunting with Uncle Harold in Kirkland Lake as a youngster (and taking a few jabs about his political affiliations). God Bless, Adam Noack (Idella’s grandson)
