In Loving Memory of Gerald Roy who passed away suddenly on Friday December 24 at the age of 59 years. Beloved husband of Celica Roy of Uno Park. Dear son of Anna Roy of Uno Park, predeceased by father Rolland Roy. Loving father of Gerald Jr. (Gerry) of New Liskeard and Christopher of Kingston. He also leaves behind his brother Claude and his fiancé Bonnie of North Bay; his sisters; Charmaine and her spouse Claude Malette of Chelmsford and Jeannine and her spouse James Merzetti of Riverview, N.B. Mr. Gerald Roy will be fondly remembered as the mayor of 24 years of Harley Township, a well-known business man and a man of the earth. The family of the late Mr. Gerald Roy will receive friends and family at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Tuesday December 28, 2010 from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish. Father John officiating. If desired donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
