It is with deep sadness that we announce Frank’s sudden passing at his home on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Frank is predeceased by his father William, his mother Eva; and Lucille Matteau. Dearly remembered by his son Mark (wife Heather) and his precious granddaughter Rose. Also survived by Bonnie Duggan (Mark Didine); his sister Mary (Bob) Lent; nephews Billy and Wayne, Marcel and the entire Matteau Family as well as the Duggan Family. Frank was a proud and dedicated employee of the School Board and worked as a janitor for the Queen Elizabeth School, Central Public School and in the later years, at the High School. Frank was fortunate to retire at the young age of 52 years. Frank will forever be remembered by his friendly “Hello’s” or his daily conversations with others as he made his way to the Kirkland Lake Mall, Tim Hortons, McDonalds and KFC. He also enjoyed his many visits to “On The Road Again” where he would talk about the stories of the day. He was also was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Legion. Frank was dearly loved by many and will be sadly missed. The funeral service in Frank’s honour will be held on Thursday, February 27th, 2014 from St. Peter’s Anglican Church at 1:00 p.m. Donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the All Heart Pet Rescue (430 Oakwood Road, Powassan, ON P0H 1Z0).Offer Condolence for the family of Francis Perry

He was always there for me at central school to bring in my hearing test supplies. We also were so lucky to be neighbours at 41 and 43 gov’t road east. I will miss our nice chats and “our” cat! sorry I can’t be there today… Very slippery out but sending my sincere sympathies to all your family… He was nice man…

We are so sorry for your loss. Frank was a good school chum and we always looked forward to talking to him in the “stores” of KL and hearing of his love and joy for his son and grandchildren. He will be missed.
