In loving memory of Mrs. Erma Vosdingh who passed away at Teck Pioneer Residence, Kirkland Lake, on Friday, April 19, 2013 at the age of 83. Erma was born and raised in Charlton and then resided in Virginiatown for most of her married life, then moving back to Englehart until she moved to the Teck Pioneer Residence in Kirkland Lake. She had many things that provided joy in her life, her family, being a cook in the camps, the legion and caring for many foster children. Pre-deceased by her parents Florence & Joe Warren, her husband Albert Vosdingh, daughter Dianne Pedersen, sister Muriel & brothers Leonard, Bernard, Jack (Reta) & companion Arnold Shortt. She is survived by her children, Terry & Sue Vosdingh and Darlene & John Truchon. Also her loving grandchildren, Terry (Heather) Vosdingh, Tina Vosdingh (Marc Hunt), Shawn (Karen) Vosdingh, Craig Pedersen, Scott Pedersen & Darcy Truchon and her great grandchildren Travis, Maegan Vosdingh, Samantha Vosdingh, Brian & Tonya Vosdingh, Alexandria & Kaitlyn Pedersen, Brayden & Rylan Pedersen. Her sisters Evelyn Allen, Edna Nuhn, brother William (Faye) Warren and several nieces, nephews and the extended Shortt family. The family of the late Mrs. Erma Vosdingh will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Monday, April 22, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Emmanuel United Church on Tuesday, April 23, at 11:00 am. Rev. Jessica Cottrell officiating. Spring interment at the Charlton Cemetery.
