Dear Bryce and Family We are so saddened to hear of Eric’s passing. He was always so good natured and so helpful during the many years he spent as a volunteer at KDHS–his contributions to the Hospital and the community will be dearly missed . Brian’s memories go back to growing up in the Townsite area during the best years of K.L. We share in the good memories and will miss him.—Brian and Gale

Thinking of you all, at this very sad time. I Surely will miss Eric’s smile and good morning wishes every Monday at the courtesy counter. Didn’t know him long, but we did have some good talks and he always said I made good coffee. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Bryce, I work at the hospital and saw Eric every day that he volunteered at the desk. The most sweetest, genuine caring man I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. Every day upon his departure, I told him to ‘Be good’. ‘Ill try’ he always replied with a cheeky grin on his face. The thing that resounded the most for me when speaking with him, however, was the sheer love and affection he felt for you and that will always stay with me. I’m so sorry for your loss. Words cannot express the impact your family has had on me. Xo

my sincere condolences to you all. A story I will share:) one time my mom called your dad at his work and said “there’s something wrong with my car, Eric. It won’t start!” So your dad left work and made his way to wherever my mom happened to be and took a closer look at her car- his diagnosis? Mary, you need to put gas in your car every once in a while! I’ll never forget your father’s kindness nor that story
