EDDIE MACKEWN, Edward Charles

In memory of Mr. Eddie MacKewn, beloved husband of the late Margaret MacKewn, who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the age of 94. Mr. MacKewn will be missed by his children Carol(Leroy Robinson), Harry (Judy), Laura, Bobby, Ernie(Lise), Bill(Sue), Fred(Carmen), Edward (Myrtle), and Mike. Also by 19 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Mr. MacKewn is also survived by his sister-in-laws Ina (Roy), Mary (Gordon), and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Helena (nee Dently) , his two younger brothers, Roy and Gordon and his granddaughter Emily MacKewn. The family of the late Eddie Mackewn will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Friday from 7 until 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 11 am from the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers donations to the New Liskeard Agricultural Society Fall Fair Horse Pull will be gratefully acknowledged. The MacKewn Family would like to thank all his family and friends who visited him at the hospital and listened to his many stories. Also, a thank you to Deb (Palliative care unit) and her staff for the excellent care they gave our Dad while he was a patient.
