In loving memory of Mr. Ed Kirkbride who passed away at Englehart & District Hospital, on Tuesday, December 06, 2016 at the age of 74. Pre-deceased by his parents Ewen & Erma Kirkbride, grandson Callum Fraser jr., brother Bruce Kirkbride, son-in-laws Eddie Lalonde & Merv Cook, father-in-law Herb Hack, mother-in-law Margaret Hack and close friend Alan Broderick. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Katherine, his daughters Patricia Deslaurier (Rob Smith) of Lloydminster Sask., Susan Cook (Mike Broome) of Englehart and Kitty-Ann Lalonde (Trevor Matthews) of Englehart. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Brooks Kirkbride (Jeremy Tardiff), Ryan Lalonde, Ashley Deslaurier, Stephen Cook (Samantha), Tyler Lalonde and his great grandchildren Jayda Faye Fraser, Kane Fraser, Addison Cook and by his brothers, sisters and many nieces & nephews. The family of the late Mr. Ed Kirkbride will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Friday, December 9, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at McDonald Funeral Home on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 11:00 am. Rev. Ross Bruleigh officiating. In memory contributions to Englehart & District Hospital Fund for the excellent care they provided for Ed or to the Family will be greatly appreciated.
