LESSARD, Dorothy – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Dorothy (née Boyd) Lessard on April 2, 2010 at the Englehart Hospital at the age of 80 years. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Rosaire Lessard in 1979 and Albert Strasser in 2006. She is survived by her children Leo Lessard, Estelle (Pierre) Durand , Gerald (Donna) Lessard, and Mary Ann Lessard, also survived by her grandchildren Lynn Rodgers, Stacey(Don) Levesque, Geoffrey Lessard, Patrick (Jacinth) Giroux and Roxann (Jonathan) Giroux, Cody Lessard and will be dearly missed by 9 great grandchildren. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 from 10:00- 11:00 am with a Memorial Service to follow in the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 11:00 am with Father Wayne Mills officiating. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (38 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake ON P2N 2E2).Offer Condolence for the family of Dorothy Lessard
