Deepest condolences to family and friends of Mrs Dobson. We just recently heard of her passing and will always be thankful for the opportunity of meeting Harry and Donna at a dinner early on in the stages of reopening the gold mine in Kirkland Lake! It was an exciting time and Donna was thrilled that this was happening in her home town. What a wonderful, modest and classy lady. You will all be in our thoughts and prayers.

My late wife Jane (Archer) Burrows was a lifelong close friend of Donna (Keddy) Dobson and they had fond memories of growing up together in Kirkland Lake. They both travelled the world and established a 70+ year friendship that was filled with adventure on many continents. On behalf of Jane I offer my condolences to the French family and also to my friend Harry as well as to Nancy, Donna’s sister from Parksville, BC. Those two will always be remembered, and in our hearts forever. Paul Burrows, Salmon Arm, BC.

Harry. So sorry for loss. You know I always say it was you who saved our town. Behind you all the way was Donna. You always said that through all your mining ventures, Donna never paid attention until KL Gold. A true KL er you could not keep her away from the fax machine. She was a classy lady who was proud to call Kirkland her home town. RIP
