It is with our deepest sympathy we mourn the passing of our deeply beloved wife, Mother, and Grandmother, Diane Margaret Florence Arthrell (née Sear) at the age of 74. Diane is survived by her dear husband, Bill Arthrell, as well as two daughters, Wendy Golinowski (Dave) and Debbie Robinson (Richard) and step-daughters, Wendy Hoehle (Bernie) and Brenda Plouffe (Rob). Loving Grandmother of Marina Golinowski (Darcy), Larisa Golinowski (Joey), Alyssa MacFarlane (Roger), Daniel MacFarlane (Jade), Blair and Matthew Plouffe, and Mackenzie and Connor Hoehle. Also survived by her seven sisters, Norma Rakestrow (Tim, predeceased), Lillian King (Bill), Beverly Fielder (Gord), Patricia Lacarte (Terry), Judy Sear, Linda Baker (Kevin), and Lorraine Dick (Walter) and brother-in-law, Barry Arthrell (Carole) and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her Mother, Lillian Sear (1986) and in-laws, Hilliard and Edna Arthrell (2003). Her interests included sports, especially curling, baseball and bowling, and spending time with her husband and family. Diane loved travelling with her sisters on bus tours in Canada and the U.S. She also looked forward to picking blueberries every summer at the cottage.DISPOSITION:

To all of Diane’s family I send my sincere thoughts and condolences. Diane and her sisters have included me in several of their curling events and bus trips. I have enjoyed many fun times of song and card playing. She and Bill welcomed me into their home in Barrie several times to help celebrate some special events. Diane was a very special person and she will be missed.
