DARLINE HORTON,

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Darline Horton on December 23, 2008 at the Kirkland & District Hospital with family at her side. Born in Tillsonburg, ON., on July 14, 1946 to the late Hazel (née Karnes) and late Herbert Brandon. She leaves behind her loving husband of 41 years, Bill; beloved children Bill Jr. Horton (Cathy Grant), Mike (Dorothy) Horton, Cindy Mudge (Rob); her grandchildren Michelle, Scott, Holis, Patrick, Amanda, Ashley, Joshua, Jennifer M., Jonathan, Jennifer F. Dar is forever remembered and greatly missed by her siblings Garry (Shirley) Brandon and Connie (Glen) Balcomb as well as several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Hazel and Herbert Brandon; nephew Chad and brother Jimmy. The family will receive friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Monday, January 5, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. in “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the funeral home.
