I didn’t know her, but my Grandma did. I remember she got a card in the mail and was very taken back that day, kind of empty. I’m wondering…if after all these years, there was any way I could know about my grandma’s brother – Melville. I would ask my Grandmother such things, except she soon did pass in 2015. If there is any family members still around from when they had Melville as a father, or grandfather, I would be forever grateful to hear stories.

Dear Wendy and family I am very sorry to hear that Colleen has passed away. She was a good friend with a quick wit and wonderful sense of humour. She was very tough and didn’t let pain or other difficulties stand in her way. I will miss her very much.

Terry, Ronnie and Wendy: Claude and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Colleen. We received her Christmas card jusr days before her death and commented as to how for the very first time ever it wasn’t the first card we received, as it had to come all the way to florida. She never forgot us. We will miss her and that first card every year.
