In memory of Mr. André Lachapelle, who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Monday October 13, 2014 at the age of 65. André is survived by his girlfriend Gail Smith, his children Angèle (Stephane Laramée), Sylvie (Paul Gagné), Caroline, Terrence Dow (Danielle Rowland) and Michel, his grandchildren Tiffany, Martin, Lindsay, Roch,and Roxanne Laramée, Franky & Julie Gagné, Elisha Myatt, Alexandra & Elizabeth Rowland-Dow, Brady & Taylor Lachapelle, great grandchildren Tyson & Maya Laramée, Kamilynn Laramée, Abigail Laramée, Ethan Geoffroy, his brothers and sisters John (Monique), Diane (Bill Lingenfelter, Jacynthe (Stan Johnson), Fernand (Pauline), Monique (Bob Guindon) Linda, Brigitte (Martin Larocque) and Chantal, his brother in law Lucien Beaudry. He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Colette (Nee Gauvin) Lachapelle and his sister Christiane Beaudry and his best friend Benji. André loved to hunt and fish. He also loved traveling to Florida in his Caddy and camping with his family. André was a trucker for more than 47 years and he enjoyed every mile of his journey. The family will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Thursday from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9pm. The funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 11 am from Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church. If desired, donations to the charity of your choice will be greatfully acknowledged.
