M. André Fraser, nous a quitté le 4 mars 2020, à l’hôpital de Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Originaire de Chibougamau, Québec. Il était âgé de 59 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil sa fille, ses soeurs et frère: Lise Fraser (Ivan Merrick) de King Kirkland, Ontario; Jacquelin Fraser de Jonquière Québec; Lorraine Fraser (Dr. Nicol Lapointe) d’Alma Québec. ainsi que sa belle-soeur: Elizabeth Kaboni de Haileybury. Il va rejoindre pour l’éternité, ses parents: feu Huguette Aubé et feu Raymond Fraser; son frère: feu Réjean Fraser. Il restera dans le coeur de ses nièces et neveux: Josée (Paul), Yan (Danielle), Simon, Maxime (Mary-Lynn), Bruno, Patrick (Lucas), David, Daniel-Steven (Lina), Jean-Paul, Samuel B., Charles, Samuel F., Alexandra. André a travaillé une bonne partie de sa vie et jusqu’à sa mort pour Arnold Merrick & Sons Mechanical Ltd. André était un passionné de la musique et des arts. Il avait un savoir accru sur l’architecture, l’histoire du monde, les civilisations et cultures anciennes et modernes. Des conversations familiales intéressantes decoulaient souvent de son grand savoir. Son sens de l’humour, sa gaieté et son positif seront manqués de tous. Il avait le don de détecter ceux et celles qui avaient besoin d’un petit coup de pouce positif en faisant des farces et de semer la joie.La famille recevra les condoléances, en présence des cendres:

André was born in Chibougamau, Québec. André was predeceased by his father Raymond Fraser and his mother Huguette Aubé. He was also predeceased by his brother Réjean Fraser. André is survived by his daughter, brother and sisters: Jacquelin Fraser of Jonquière, Québec, Lise Fraser (Ivan) of King Kirkland, Ontario, Lorraine Fraser (Dr. Nicol Lapointe) of Alma, Québec and his sister in law: Elizabeth Kaboni of Haileybury. He will be forever in the hearts of his nieces and nephews: Josee (Paul), Yan (Danielle), Simon, Maxime (Mary-Lynn), Bruno, Patrick (Lucas), David, Daniel-Steven (Lina) Jean-Paul, Samuel B., Charles, Samuel F.,Alexandra. André worked for many years till his passing for Arnold Merrick & Sons Mechanical Ltd. André loved to learn especially when it came to music and art. His curiosity and passion in economics, ancient civilization and world history always proved to be an enlightening conversation. André had a wittiness and ability to be able to make anyone laugh when they most needed, it will be missed.Memorial Service:

After losing my dear friend Reg in 2018 I thought that the Fraser family would be spared further pain and grief for at least some degree of reasonable time. But no. Now André is gone too. I know how much Rejean loved André. I’m sure that the entire family is totally devastated. My heart goes out to all of you along with condolences from my family to yours. I first met Andre when he and his brother, Rejean worked with my brother Mike Jones. The three referred to themselves as the “A” team and had nicknames for each other such as Sugar, Cupcake and Muffin if my memory serves me correctly. They once again joining forces wherever they are. Andre also enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles my mother would pass on to him. RIP Andre.
